Yep...Stockton had a career FG% over 50% and in some seasons AVERAGED assists in
the teens (one season he averaged 14). And of course he is the all time NBA leader in assists AND steals by a huge margin. These are INSANE statistics for a point guard.
And with Malone...he’s the second leading scorer in NBA history and had probably the sweetest midrange shooting touch ever for a power forward. To go along with crazy rebounding skills and lockdown defense.
Jazz fans were spoiled during the Stockton/Malone era. No question.
