Nice! I served my mission in Puebla before it was split. It's a great place.
What does the north mission include now? I'm having a hard time finding a map...
Poblanos are widely considered by the rest of Mexico to be very stubborn. Because of that we had one of the lower baptizing rates but probably the best retention rate in Mexico. Let me know if you/he have any questions. It's been a while since I came back though (10+ years).
The tacos arabes and tacos al pastor are amazing there.
