Pope was not at all hesitant when he said he looked "like the best JC
player" at the invite he attended.
Pope is such a salesman & person-promoter (among many other things), I'm never sure how to take his hyping of people.
But it is what he said.
The things that immediately stick out for me about the kid are his shoulders & his hand size. He's got some good raw stuff to work with, so the fact he's a shooter with handles — & 6'5 — I think we shouldn't be surprised if he ends up a very good player for us.
Maybe even this season.
