POLL: Which captive customer industry is the most frustrating? RE: Son had a kidney stone, went to ER. No surgery, just meds. $23,000.
Captive customer meaning you Go into the service having no real idea what it is going to cost, and by the time you do find out you are too far in or too uncomfortable to audible. Essentially it feels like you are being held hostage.
