Sure, but there’s nothing keeping the jazz from doing something similar.
No one forces there way to Toronto. Toronto built a good team, then smartly took advantage of a tough spurs situation and turned that good team into a great team that won a title. Perhaps if you play that season 10 times, they only win the title 2 or 3 times, but they did win.
The jazz are a good team, they need to find a way to become a great team. Doesn’t have to be the way Toronto did it, but not every team that wins has to go sign Lebron or KD in the offseason.
