As long as she is being unreasonable fight it the best you can...
You do not want to be in a situation where she has crushed you. Worse when you did nothing about it. But the system is stacked against you.
I'm no lawyer, but if the previous agreement played no part in the divorce, then I think it shouldn't be binding now. Women will often bluff to get what they want. Make her force the courts to rule if it's valid or not.
