I do it perfectly. 350 for 65 minutes covered with 1/3 cup water in the sheet..
... in the cookie sheet, covered with foil, cut 2 or 3 half inch holes in the foil to breath.

Remove from oven, remove foil, cut each rib off with knife, keep bone in, then bbq them painting each side with bbq sauce and turning until the sauce runs out. Leave on each side for 3-4 minutes before each turn, keep the bbq on medium low heat. When out of bbq sauce they are ready.
