This "problem" goes way above Kalani. In this country of ours, you can't expect anything above what you pay for. Nor can you expect market-wide quality to your product if you vastly limit your hiring pool.

Furthermore, when you hire someone to do a job, the more limitations you put on their performance — the less quality you can expect to reap.

And I'm not talking just Kalani. I'm talking his whole staff.
