It's below 180 so it may be a while to 200, but at least I know I'll have flat to serve when guests want to eat in a couple hours. The skewer test was good but not excellent; it wasn't exactly like sticking a skewer into soft butter but close. It passed the taste and texture test, and I imagine after resting that'll only improve.
Here's hoping the point is done sometime soon. Otherwise I'll have to save the whole point for me to eat later... 🙂
