Friday I worked hard on the yard and house getting ready for the family party. Then yesterday we went kayaking and played all day.

So today I literally laid around all day feeling sore. I just stood up and my watch has all these alarms go off and it says “You reached your goal you stood up.”

Turned out my son set my goal to use one calorie on exercise.
