No chance they have a licensing agreement.
That popped up in my FB feed a few days ago and I posted a link in my FO for anyone interested.
I bought a pair two or three years ago, different design but a BYU logo’s sneaker, and it took a couple of months for them to come and when they finally did they were from China with Chinese writing on the shoebox. I’m sure these would be similar.
