Ok what about the ability to provide for yourself. If someone is threatening my body in a way that could potentially
affect my ability to live my life, to go to work, to enjoy my hobbies, would I not be justified in protecting myself against them?

A video was posted the other day and 1 person impeded another from leaving and that person pulled a gun and threatened to use deadly force if she was not allowed to leave. Multiple people on this board said that she was justified in that force because she was justifiably fearful. So merely a threat, perceived or real, is justification for deadly force. Why can't that same threat, perceived or real, justify abortion?
