Two new chicken fast food places have opened up in northern Utah county over the last couple of months.

The first was Super Chix and it is located in American Fork in the meadows shopping area right behind chick-fi-let. It has been open a couple of months and I’ve eaten there three times.

The second is called Slim Chickens and it is located a couple of blocks west of Super Chix, also right off of State Street but just over the border into Lehi. It has been open a few days and I went there tonight.

They are a little different from each other as super Chix has multiple variations of chicken sandwiches and slim chickens only has one. Super Chix also has frozen yogurt whereas slim chickens has wings and chicken and waffles.

To be fair I’ve eaten a couple of the chicken sandwiches at super Chix as well as the chicken fingers but have only had the chicken fingers at slim chickens.

But based on having the fingers at both places here is my review.

Super Chix is better. Better fingers and better sauces to go with them. Slim chickens aren’t bad, better than zaxbys by a mile but not as good as chick-fi-let’s, but super Chix are way better.

Anyway if you want better chicken fingers with better sauces go to super Chix.
