Called our doctor because we thought our daughter had an ear infection. Got a video call appointment for 2 days later. Doctor looks for about 5 seconds and says he can’t diagnose it over the phone so we have to come in. Make another appointment for 2 days later. By the time we get in her ear is so swollen he can’t get the little ear probe thing in. Got to pay 2 copays and she got to be in pain for a couple extra days. Telehealth rocks.
