I'm on day 3 of a cosmetics plastic surgery rotation and all I can say is

CB members, be very weary of your SO wanting to start down the path of cosmetic procedures. It is a very slippery slope that is insanely expensive and patients often come out looking worse on the other end. I've left this gender neutral for a reason too.
