Before you place the pork rub/butt in the smoker what is your very favorite rub to use? I've tried several, but was curious.
Also on the list of BBQ meats Pulled Pork to me is pretty much the "white castle" of the BBQ world. It's really not my favorite and can be rather bland, but also easy to do if you're serving a mess of people.
I'm smoking a pork shoulder for the UFC Fights tmrw night.
