132.5 degrees for 90 minutes then outdoor hot hot hot grill 1 minute max
on each side and 20 -30 sec on the sides. You just want the steak to be browned for appearance. Done and fantastic.

Make sure the steacks are at least 1.5 inches thick.

If you start with frozen steaks, increase sous vide by 30 minutes.
