The other problem with Apple is that their hardware
lasts so freaking long. I don’t know if the more closed-off software is to blame, but I am still having to put up with a MacbookPro that I purchased before the aforementioned Steve Jobs passed away in 2011. It’s my primary machine for personal use, for crying out loud.
Not to mention the fact I’ve only needed to purchase TWO different iPhones in that same span. Do you have any idea how much credibility I lose with my teens by toting around a phone from 2016?

And? iOS has been secure, private, and enjoyable to use since the beginning. Still waiting on android to catch up.
