are so physically & athletically gifted on top of being well-rounded fighters — that they can usually "win w/ the other guy's game" for a round or two — but eventually Jones uses his length & skill to get the guy on the ground like he does better than anyone else — pound him silly & finally choke-submit him.

Jones has got himself in trouble trying to beat opponents at their own game, too. Only to go back to his strength & ultimately win in dominating fashion — as always.
