I'm starting my second week of both and I'm down 9 lbs from about 2 weeks ago.
Last week the fasting was 12 hours which was great; I would stop eating at 6:00 PM and make a smoothie first thing when I woke up to break the fast.
This week the fasting is 16 hours and now I have to wait until 10:00 AM for the smoothie. Man, since 8 this morning it has been rough...
