How is the COVID exposure any different by scheduling in-conference only vs. a regular schedule? Still have to fly, still have to stay in a hotel, still have to practice, still have to face another team on the field. What is different traveling from Arizona to Oregon, versus going from Arizona to Michigan or Texas? Is there something else in the reasoning? I can't see this doing anything to mitigate or worsen the spread of the virus. Is this just window dressing, just to be doing something? I know I must be missing something.
