If you've done brake pads before, you've done 95% of the pad/rotor job.
Once the caliper is removed, you simply pull the rotor off the hub (typically held in place by one bolt) and slide a new one on.

Brakes are a pretty easy DIY job, even if replacing rotors.

Rotors are kind of a pain if they get stuck, but there are a couple of youtube
