On day five I started to wonder if this was all a big joke to see how long you could get some idiots to not eat. I did however complete it, and to be honest I felt I could have gone way longer. Day 5-10 were a breeze, although you can't workout at all during the fast.
I definitely noticed some positive changes including long term positive effects I have noticed. What finally swayed me to do it was what someone said about the idea that our bodies were not really made to have three meals a day (and snacks) and never know hunger for 30-40-50 etc years. There are processes in our body that only function when are fasting.
