In case there are still some who question what the P5 are doing,
and particularly why they are doing it, here is quote from Bowlsby.
He said this the day before the vote on autonomy was to take place. It echoed what P5 commissioners had been saying, all year.

Big 12 commish Bob Bowlsby on autonomy: "I don't know that it's the responsibility of the 65 (schools) to fund the other 270."
