Mine: Andy Fletcher's job with Depeche Mode.
He hits a few keys on the keyboard and claps and waves his hands in the air a lot. When the primary keyboardist left the band they had to hire someone else to fill the spot because Fletcher isn't good enough. Dude makes bank because his best friend is Martin Gore. Technically, he is the business guy though.
