i'd probably try to find a "dispersed" camping area
it's legal. You don't go to a camp site, you just find a place in the woods. I guess spike ball could be difficult. but you could have the space to play music,

Honestly, you don't want to be at the defined campgrounds with music blaring. Most have curfew rules.
