SGU Cougar 3rd String
My daughter is engaged to be married in a few weeks.
I told her that the budget is $3000 and if there's any leftover, she can have it. She spent about a grand on the dress and a grand on the photographer. The wedding will be in a friends backyard, the grooms family is supposedly paying for the luncheon, and we're going to have a "drive-thru" reception in front of our house that we'll have some pretty basic refreshments for. His family is also having a reception in up north where he's from 2 weeks later.

I'm really just trying to stay out of the way. Although our budget is pretty low, I feel it's more than my in-laws provided. Our "photographer" was my father-in-law's friend and we don't have a single decent photo.

With the temples effectively closed, this is a strange time to get married.
