I find them pretty bland. I think "meat & potatoes" lovers would like them. I much prefer sweet & sours
For example, pot roast, potatoes etc, is just ho-hum to me. In fact baked potatoes is probably my least favorite meal.
But a Café Rio sweet pork with Creamy Tomatillo Dressing is soooo good to me.
Some people have different tastes. But I'm with you on this.
