1. The demands don't go far enough. The players should be co-owners of their team sport for the seasons in which they have a scholarship, splitting all costs and revenues equally. If they make money, they split the profits. If they lose money, they split the bills. Like any business, most of the bills come early and the revenue comes later, so players will have to take out loans to pay up front.
2. The player votes for this proposal should be strictly democratic and binding, taken across all varsity mens and womens sports.
