They are asking for $274,454 per player, per year, for football
according to this article. "An accompanying study, written sets the fair market value of a single player for one season, broken down by conference.

ACC: $250,312 (per player)
Big 12: $346,323
Big ten: $412,099
Pac-12: $274,454
SEC: $392,534"

So a player, if this were were going to happen, would be paid over $1,000,000 for 4 years of college in the PAC 12, plus free tuition, free food, free tutors, free clothes, pretty great if you could get it. A SEC player would get almost 1.6 million plus all the benefits, probably nearing $2,000,000 of compensation and benefits for 4 years if they were protesting for the same thing. Based on a quick good search of how much U of Oregon generates then a player there would be getting $541,176 EACH! (92 million divided by 50 percent as they want, and then split between 85 players)
