Players can vote on where to make cuts but they have to run their business in a profitable way to show a profit at the end of the year. They vote on how much to spend on salaries for coaches, support staff, recruiting, travel and accommodations.
No more state legislature/taxpayer support or school subsidies from tuition. The players are the bottom line, sink or swim.
