Definitely international. But, no BYU-Mexico or BYU-Brazil option....
about 25% or 4M members in South America...so, South America would make a lot of sense. But, 1.5M members in Mexico to which the South American Spanish speakers could attend...., so BYU-Mexico gets the nod ahead of BYU-Brazil....or, why not both?
But, also, enormous growth trajectory in Africa, so BYU-Nigeria is a very interesting candidate.
BYU-Philippines is the darkhorse.
