Jay Kay Intervention Needed

The governor is already working with the Pac 12 and the four CA universities and

when the daily, quick response testing program is implemented, they will be able to resume practice. I assume a conditional waiver to that effect will be released within the next couple of weeks.

It will be interesting to see what impact this has on the WCC and wether it will be required to implement a testing plan similar to the professional franchises and the Pac 12.
