I am not looking for a bottom, I am looking for a reversal.

I am fine with missing the bottom but so far the funds I am interested in are still getting beat down or staying flat and not showing signs of any upward trends. For buy and hold investors, sure jump in but I have had too much success jumping in and out to want to touch those right now.
