Looking for HOA/property advice. Our neighborhood is almost built out but there are 4 lots that the builder won’t be
able to develop for various reasons (drainage issues, cost, etc).
The builder is trying to convince the HOA to buy the lots. Trying to think through pros & cons and what is typical for these situations.
Call their bluff? Buy them for cheap so they are completely out of our business going forward?
