Shine up the hood of my wife’s SUV. It’s black and was a little hazy to begin with.

Not sure what happened, but it left some awesome hazy circular residue and for the life of me I can’t get it off. I don’t want to scrub too hard.

Any car detailing gurus that can give any tips or should I just get an expert to come fix it and do the whole car?
