I'm not able to coach my kids teams because of my work schedule, so I've had to adjust my thinking and be real about this.

These coaches give up their time, mostly not paid or underpaid. As far as I'm concerned my kids get what they get and I help as much as I can.

Coaches do this because they love their kids, want their kids to succeed, or are uncle Rico's, whatever it is I have the same opportunity to be involved, but I chose a profession that limits me on this front.

I've had to accept it and move on unless I'm willing to change things with myself.
