Those of you who love ice cream: How much can you eat and what brand and flavor?
How much do you eat in one "session"?
I don't typically eat much of the other types of desserts/sugary foods, but a high quality ice cream is my weakness. Haagen Dazs or Talenti gelato are two of my favorites. It's fairly easy for me to eat 2 or 3 pints. Way too much, I know, so I at least try to limit it to once every other week.
