The refs missed an obvious one last week that needed to be initiated from the booth.

The one last night seemed to be reviewed only because of the delay resulting from the penalty on the UH player.

Another case would be if there's extra time because of a commercial break. Don't keep watching the replay during the break because there's nothing better to do and I get surprised when I come back because targeting was called.

Maybe that's bias from being a fan, but it's how I felt.
