Before this play I was hoping we’d run it and try to run down the clock. Then I saw the pass and since it should have been caught I thought it was genius. And yeah, why not use Zach to be aggressive and put the game away? But after it was incomplete I still thought we should probably run it to run down the clock.

One of Zack’s few bad passes on the night. Now I was ticked we’d passed it twice and very likely would only get a FG and give the ball back up by 6 to an explosive offense with 3 min. Dumb dumb dumb not to play it safe.

Elation. So glad we didn’t play it safe. Zach and Dax are amazing. Glad Grimes trusts them. Relief filled joy.
