I don't disagree. I'm not necessarily on the boat that he should have been
thrown out. It's definitely a gray area. I just know that throwing punches can be varying degrees of intensity, but it usually results in an ejection even for the milder ones that don't actually land as well or do much damage.
I was kind of thinking of headbutting in the same way. But not sure there's been enough of that to show any precedence to say he should have been thrown out.
