I was as excited about the win as well but...
Let’s not get to generous with the superlatives. For 3 quarters Tune carved our defense up to the point where it felt like I was watching the marching band stumble into a passing drill. Now our secondary was “lights out?” I don’t think so.
The difference was after 3 quarters of utter defensive ineptitude we started bringing 4 guys and executing some designed blitzes. At no point did our D look good until the onside kick and bringing pressure in the 4th.
