It was odd how much the announcers insistent on comparing the Houston QB to Wilson. They were basically saying that their performances were on an equal level. That isn't what I saw at all. Houston's QB was throwing to guys that were wide open for most of the night, and those were the passes he was completing. He also had several horrible passes that should have been picked. Wilson was making throws that were much much much more difficult to make. It was a stupid comparison to make IMO.

Along those same lines, BYU did much better when they switched to man coverage on the outside. Wilcox played a very good game, not sure if that is usually how he plays, but he was all over his man.

Grimes' playcalling was very good, except on 3rd and short for some reason.

I really want to see this team play a team that isn't bad. Houston (especially their special teams) is a bad team.
