Ugh, our 7 yo boy is having similar issues right now. The quarantine really

messed with his ability to go to sleep on his own, it took a couple weeks to get him back into the swing of it. This fall break has messed that up once again. He didn't get to sleep until after 11 tonight. I'm pretty sure he has some anxiety issues with sleep now.
