Really like the GLE, but would only get it if you are looking for bigger two-row SUV. The third row option is too small to be usable IMO. Would also strongly consider the GLE 450 upgraded engine, which isn’t much more if you aren’t optioning heavily. The 350 is fine and gets very good gas mileage, but occasionally I wish for a little more acceleration off the line.

GV80 looks nice, haven’t driven one to compare but looks like a worthy competitor. Would also look at X5 or RDX when test-driving.

Unless you need the luxury experience, Honda Passport gets you pretty close to these two for a lot less $, without being 3 rows like MDX/Pilot/Highlander.
