November 27/28 and Liberty was Plan B and that Liberty was also a strong possibility for Dec. 19th. To me, this means that Army is a done deal as long as the AFA-Army game happens as-scheduled on Nov. 7th. I think TH will keep the 12th game in his back pocket in case a P5 game comes open due to a cancellation and then come late-November, will pull the trigger on the Dec. 19th Liberty game.
Liberty is looking pretty strong... it'll be interesting to see how those games against Va Tech and NC State go. They also have an unexpectedly attractive game against Coastal Carolina on Dec. 5th.
The New Mexico situation in the MWC may also provide some opportunities, with Nevada (Nov. 14), USU (Nov. 27/28), and Wyoming (Dec. 5). It would benefit us to play the USU game, because otherwise we lose a home game in the series... there are some hurdles to getting our USU home game back due to the structure of the current agreement. From a competitive standpoint, as of right now, I like Army/Liberty more than USU/Nevada/WYO.
