BYU's walk-on program has really been the saving grace of this team.
Our best RB(Algeier), WR(Milne), FB(Wake) are or were walk-ons.
The defensive two deep is loaded with current and former walk-ons, with Wilgar and ElBakri as the headliners.
It's amazing that all these guys flew under and paid their own way to BYU.

This proves it is very difficult to evaluate personal work habits and desire. Some kids make it in HS on skill alone
