Was asked specifically about work/life balance at BYU vs other jobs he’d had. He talked about how BYU is very different and how grateful he and his family are to be in Provo.

More money isn’t everything. Maybe half a million per year and a life and a relationship with your wife and kids is better than a million a year with no life.

Either way, it was good to hear. Also, if/when Grimes does leave, I think BYU could do worse than to look to A-Rod. I think BYU is set there for a while.
