When your best win comes against a AAC team that played exactly 1 game in the 5 weeks prior to facing BYU, people might justifiably argue that BYU is overrated. That assertion seems even more valid when it's remembered that BYU trailed Houston by 2 scores with ~20 minutes to go in the game and needed several key stops (and equally clutch drives) to put the game away in the waning minutes of the 4th quarter.
I'd like to think that BYU is great, but frankly I don't know. None of us know. And until BYU faces Boise, there's probably nothing this team can show us that would let anyone know.
