Any idea on what it costs to get a couple of small cracks sealed in an
unfinished basement? We had one company come out and bid $10k for some complex drainage system along with sealing the cracks. The other companies we called are booked out 2-3 weeks. Both the initial inspector and the foundation guy that came out said that the cracks are not structural and pose no risk to the house's stability.
This is for a house we are trying to buy and due diligence is almost up.

Every foundation has cracks in it. It's what concrete does. If it's not a structural problem, seal it and live on.
